"As I started to picture the trees in the storm, the answer began to dawn on me. The trees in the storm don't try to stand up straight and tall and eect. They allow themselves to bend and be blown with the wind. They understand the power of letting go. Those trees and those branches that try too hard to stand up straight and strong are the ones that break."

Julia Butterfly Hill

How flexible are you in reaching for your happiness? It's said that the harder you "try" to do something, the more it will elude you. Better, often, to just "be" whilst "doing" all that you know is right in each moment to reach for what is already within you and without you. Sometimes reaching for happiness means an accommodation, an acceptance of painful emotions, or a letting go. That way clears the space for true happiness.
