I want to inspire you to discover the kind of happiness that forms a strong foundation for life success and sustains you when challenges come your way.It’s an inside job, as you change your focus to what happiness truly is for you, and reach more often for all that creates happiness in your world.
It’s also a habit. As the philosopher said, we are what we repeatedly do, and I believe that by building habits of happiness, you can move yourself forward from wherever you are right now. I don’t know exactly how happy you feel at this moment. I do know that in being open to this Adventure you are committed to becoming even happier, and to experiencing more happiness in your life.
Your Happiness Adventure begins today. Like all adventures, it is a journey of exploration. I’m honoured to act as your guide and I am also excited that I don’t know exactly how our joint Adventure will evolve. That will depend upon what we all discover.
One thing I do know for certain - we will be increasing the sum total of personal and collective happiness as we journey together.

They say that time is officially speeding up. Not just in our heads, where the sum effect of all the inputs we get moment by moment can cause us to feel that we are constantly running to stand still. But ACTUALLY, in some quantum or meta physical sense.
I don't know about that, I'm not a scientist. And as a coach, my view of course is that it's not a problem with TIME so much as a question of how we choose to USE our time.
